Prediction formula of coal consumption for an optional residential area or a building during heating period and its applications

Simulates the hourly coal consumption of 12 buildings with detailed drawings during the heating period in Qingdao using the characteristic temperature method, and obtains a prediction formula of coal consumption including various key parameters using the simulation results as samples of regression. Based on the formula, predicts the coal consumption index of the main heating cities in the north of China. With the aid of the survey results, analyses the causes for the deviation between the predicted  and the actual values of the residential quarter during heating period in Qingdao. Discusses the relative value relation among the heating coal consumption of various types of houses with different locations within a building in the quarter.
